What is a 4-Point Inspection Report?

Updated over 2 months ago

A 4-Point Inspection evaluates the condition of the four main systems in your home โ€“ Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC.

Itโ€™s a standard requirement for most insurance companies and helps determine your eligibility for coverage.

The report remains valid for 1 year and typically costs about $100, or $150 when bundled with the Wind Mitigation Inspection.

Note: A home inspection report completed when you purchased your property does not replace a 4-Point Inspection Report.
