You can request most policy changes through your Nsure.com account:
Log in and open the Policies tab.
Select the policy you want to update.
Click Policy details.
Use the blue pencil icon next to the section you’d like to change, or select one of the buttons in the “Need to modify your policy details?” section at the bottom of the page.
Review the available options, make your updates, and submit your request.
All policy changes require carrier approval.
If your insurer needs to adjust other parts of your policy because of your request – for example, if your change affects your coverage or premium – we’ll first ask for your approval before the update is applied. You’ll receive a notification when this happens, along with details of what needs to be reviewed or confirmed.
